Eat what you want most
It's not what you eat that makes you fat. It is when and how much. If you eat when you are not hungry, the food goes to storage (fat). And if you eat more than satisfaction, the food goes to storage (fat).
You can gain weight on any food; You can lose weight on any food.
Successful weight loss always involves a limit. Your new limits are to eat whatever you want, but only between hunger and satisfaction.
